Our first visit was a checkup for a dog newly adopted from BARC and I really appreciated the empathy and support I received from Dr. Reid during a tough time (the dog was aggressive). We now bring all of our animals here and we love how friendly, personable and down to earth all the the vets and staff are. Dr Reid, Dr Holmes, Dr Smith and honestly every single tech we've interacted with has been very personable and kind. Raven at the front is awesome and so is everyone else, I just can't remember their names ❤️ So so friendly and responsive to phone calls and emails. Couldn’t ask for more.

We love CHAH. Dr. Reid is so knowledgeable and helpful. We really appreciate all of her recommendations and for helping us take care of our sweet cat, Dolores. Carrie Saunders has done multiple sedated grooms for Dolo and even when she resists, Carrie always does a great job. I also wanted to give a huge shoutout to our vet tech Melanie (Mel), who is so helpful. All 3 of them are great and help us so much with Dolores, who isn't great with strangers :)

Disgraceful & Negligent care. Embarrassingly undereducated staff across the board from the front desk, to the crude blonde manager on the floor, to the doctors in the back. The most stupid and incompetent vets and vet techs I’ve ever come across in my life! They have given bad medical advice several occasions and thankfully my pets have other, more competent vets they also see, who can undo the mistakes these people make. They do NOT care about animals! They care about money and punching the clock! Today was the final straw for me, these idiots lost my business for life. I’m considering what legal action I can take against them. Today, I called them and told them my dog ate chocolate and was vomiting. They told me to come in right away and a doctor would see me. I get there within 10 minutes, when I get there they TURN ME AWAY bc even though it’s an emergency, the office closes in 30 minutes and the doctor didn’t want to delay closing the office!!! They then told me to drive in 5:00-Houston-traffic to an emergency center 40 minutes away!! Not at all caring my dog’s life could be hanging in the balance!? CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!?!? Do NOT take your pet here. I was treated so rudely! Their complete disregard for the health of my pet is criminal! Disgusting! Negligent! Incompetent! Outrageous! Infuriating!

The entire staff was so helpful, pleasant, and very knowledgeable. They make sure you understand and genuinely care. The best thing about CHAH is they listen to not only the needs of your animal but your needs as the care giver too. I will recommend this vet to everyone in this area

Very friendly doctors and technicians! I have always had a pleasant experience and the medical information has been explained to me clearly on each visit. They have an outstanding staff includes Dr. Reid, Dr. Smith, Christine, Bianca, Briana, Raven, and more. Overall, every staff member displays compassion for my pet. They help the experience feel less traumatic for my dog and give her lots of treats :)
