Adopted a pup and she came home one day later showing symptoms of kennel cough and or pneumonia (I have a healthy dog at home) taking pup back hoping they will treat her and spay and booster shots before they send her back 😭
Whoever answers the phone has no empathy and is heartless. Their alternative since I’m outside of the county was the euthanize my dog without knowing she bit someone to protect me. Those people are heartless and don’t care.
Well I quarantined my dog for a dog bite and everything went according to plan. The price was less than halve of a private Dr and i was happy about the service. Thx
Found a stray kitten not in very good condition on the street. They were able to take her in less than an hour. Everyone was really helpful. I went on a Wednesday at 4pm. I know on other days and times the wait can be several hours long. Excellent staff.
A stray kitten was injured outside my home and needed medical attention in order to survive. After calls to many different locations I was finally directed to BARC. Upon arrival all staff were extremely supportive and the vet tech that ultimately took the kitten in for care was so kind and assisted with such professionalism. I am very impressed and encouraged by all at this location.
I found a tiny stray kitten and didn't know what to do with it and I called BARC and was instantly relieved! The people who work here are so sweet and helpful. I felt very comfortable leaving the kitten in their hands. It's a drive thru drop off system which makes it very painless and easy.
