Absolutely wonderful place. A sweet little abandoned kitty needed a forever home and so thankful this place exists in Houston so the kitty has a hopeful future. Great communication and customer service on phone and in person. The staff are very compassionate and truly care for the well being and future of the animal. They do a great job of examining the animal and cleaning/sanitizing between each session. Thank you for your assistance. Happy trails Little Bit.

We are so excited, we adopted our 3rd dog from CAP. I had gotten Thelma and Louise in 2017 and then when we were looking for a bigger dog we got DT. All the staff was friendly. Mark did a great job assisting us. I felt bad we came 10 minutes before close, but we were treated great and weren’t rushed at all. Thank you guys for helping us add to our family.

My first rescue adoption. It was a very pleasant experience. The volunteers (Ram) and employees (Deandre and the adoption consultant) were great to work with. Subaru had a promotion to pay all adoption fees which was unexpected and a great surprise. Our Tony seems like a bright fella. He slept through the night in the kennel and is starting to get used to the leash. Thank you CAP it was a great experience.

What a great place. great ideal performed. We as a community need to do whatever it takes to make sure this place stays around because having it here in Katy makes our city a better place! Hats off to the Subaru dealership that supports it. I just can't say enough about this place. Every city in the USA should have one of these, if not the world. I know in my heart that they make the animals of our community on a whole alot safer and happier, which in turn makes our lives better. Still can't say enough about his place.

This animal shelter is very nice and take very good care of the animals needing homes. Lots of puppies and dogs of all ages. Huge selection of kittens and cats too!

Best place to adopt your kitty clean smells fresh doesn’t matter which pet to home they are all lovable This is Loki short hair, bicolor, blue, and white adopted him when he was three weeks old he is now two years old and adorable!
