It had been years since I had been here, but after recently losing a kitty, we felt it was time to think about getting another animal to love. We'll, we walked away with 2 kittens that our family fell in love with. The staff at Special Pals was knowledgeable, and you could tell they cared about the animals they care for.

I love Special Pals! I have been volunteering for almost a year now and it is genuinely so fulfilling. I am a dog loving college student but unfortunately I do not have the funds or time to properly care for a fur baby right now. However, volunteering here gives me the opportunity to make connections with puppies, the staff and other volunteer. I will forever volunteer because it makes my heart happy! The staff is great, helpful and kind! Definitely check them out!

I adopted little Matilda (Tilly) today! The staff was very friendly and helped me with all the questions I had and all the forms that I needed to fill out. I had tons of fun and next time I want a pet I know where to go.

Thank you to the two lovely ladies that made adopting our cats so easy. We got Rickey renamed Onyx and Stormy renamed as Pumpkin. The process was easy and we were able to hang out with the other cats in the catio while filling out paperwork. Overall great experience!

We love Special Pals. They always welcome food & toy donations, and you can tell how much the staff and volunteers care for every animal. We adopted Hank about 1.5 years ago and we are going back this weekend to get him a sibling. Great place! #adoptdontshop

A wonderful organization. We arranged to have our newfound stray chihuahua spayed there. They were great and very reasonably priced! Very friendly staff. Highly recommended. Always in need of donations and doing a great service.
