These folks are awesome. Location is a little remote but it's easy to get to and parking is never a problem. Staff is top notch.

Great outside, open area experience - if you're looking for a place to take your pet with EASY social distancing, this is the place to go! With a nice walking trail around the site to exercise you and your pet while waiting, the staff are friendly and very gentle with your loved ones. My grandpuppy loved it and we did too. Also a giant ceiling fan under the pavilion with benches and picnic tables!

I have four cats, so feeding them adds up. Drove 1 hour and 22 minutes to this event to give away food. Sat in traffic for about two hours, barely moving moved from the 3rd lane all the way to the middle, then tried for an hour to get into the far right lane. Nobody would let us into the line. Finally got to the point of getting to the food, but these people tell us and everyone else who had tried to get over, That they are only serving that one lane? Which is ridiculous and stupid as we'd been trying to get into that lane The whole time for hours. They wanted us to what drive another 10 miles to somehow loop around and start all over again, after all that waiting? This was handled so poorly. I will never Ever recommend going to this location again. Wasted a ton of gas and a lot of time to be told That? I truly cannot stand these foolish people who didn't even advertise that hey only the far lane will be able to get in. This at least would have prepared people. My faith in humanity in houston dropped after this horrible event. The people that said they worked for humane society treated us very poorly unprofessional my wife left in tears, Needless to say I'm not happy Guess my cats won't get there's huh. They even called the police and they turned away so many who waited so long. These people don't have hearts at all. Very rude, despicable people.

It's clean buy almost all the cats had an eye infection or congestion. Ine.was so I'll it had puss all on its face and nose. They should treat those cats.before puttithem out with healthy cats

Poorly organized events. Arrived early and waited in line for much needed supplies for nearly two hours. No guides and no signs for the over 1 mile line you'll be waiting in to tell you where to be or what to do until you're nearly at the pavilion, at which point they turn you away. Oh, and they allow no walk-ins, so if you lack transportation, you're screwed.

🙏 ☝️😎 Back to back Hospital stays & 25day in rehab, put me & my rescues in quick "dire straights". NO money for foods. I was giving my food to these animal that Had been illegally dumped, & some were Abused. Houston Humane Society was the life saving "magic elixir".Their Great Volunteer & Staff, with their free pet food donations, were Fantastic! From ❤️ Heart & Soul, the Rescues & myself, THANK YOU!!
