Highly disappointed. From the way Mr Luis explained everything I was very eager to see the place where my parrot would be placed but the lack of communication was awful. We texted back and forth and he said to go this afternoon (Sunday 1/7/24) as he was available(I confirmed via text) but no other information was given. I texted to please confirm the address that is listed online. Nothing. I show up and Luis is not there. He did not answer the phone. His father is there and when I tell him that Luis told me to come this afternoon the first thing he asks is if I have a bird to surrender (????) When I mention that I first want to see where he will be housed, he says the birds are housed at a different location. He gets Luis on the line and when Luis talks to me he says that he is not at his home(the other location where the birds are housed) because he had some emergency meeting somewhere. I was so furious and frustrated that I drove from 20 miles away, so unprofessional and a total disregard for people’s time!!! 😡

Spoke to the owner about rehoming my pet budgie. I was on the phone with him and he only responded to me with one word answers. He did not ask any questions or give me much information. I offered to donate all of my supplies, etc. and told him that I really wanted my pet to be somewhere safe, and all he said was “ok.” I asked him to send me photos of where the birds were kept. He did not respond. I texted him to ask him again. No response. Another review mentioned that the address listed on here is not where the birds are kept. The pictures on here are very old. I did not feel comfortable going forward with this. I doubt this place is legitimate.

Called about donating bird cage and supplies and was told they to pick ups on weekends and to send the address. Text was sent and asked what time they’d be showing up. No answer. Called and no answer. Very unprofessional.
