They have been professional in treating our dog. But we have started on a monthly shot treated for his arthritis. It's a newer medication and isn't cheep. They told us that when we come in for it we would not be charged an office visit when getting the shot. One of the visits time they charged us and when I reminded them they acted like it was an inconvenience and we were charged. We will do what we need to make his quality of life better. But when you're told ome thing and then later charged that's an ethical issue.

Terrible experience here for my new pup. Do no recommend coming here even for promotional visit. First words were trying to sell their wellness plan instead of getting to know my pup. Similar to others they wanted to take my pup into the back , I said no. They only care to make money here, not about your pup or the care they receive. Dr. Hind Djeralfia was less than helpful. She had no clue what my puppy had which was dog lice. After being corrected that they were not fleas as i had brought live samples. She did not believe me. Went in the back to look and brought a product out that "should" take care of the fleas, i asked to view the box she let me briefly before telling me that she is a vet and went to school for this. Very unprofessional especially since she claimed to not have seen this before. I was worried about my puppy receiving the right treatment not who went to college for it. The box of liquid treatment was about 70 dollars. I googled it and found that Chewy had the same thing for 25 dollars. I asked if I could go thru them to get it and to have the prescription paper, Dr. Djeralfia was less than helpful as she was walking by "i do not work with chewy" unbelievable the amount of non professionalism.

I would not recommend taking your pet here at least not to this location, the staff is very unprofessional and only after your money, we scheduled to make an appointment for our new puppy over the phone and all seemed well, we checked in, the receptionist brought us to our room with our puppy and we sat and waited for a short time (no complaints there) As soon as the nurse walked in all she started with was “do you have any interest in joining our wellness plan”? She explained all the benefits and what not, we weren’t interested, she then continued she then tried to sell us on the wellness plan, the conversation continued for 5 minutes, this is now 15 minutes into the interaction and she hasn’t even looked at our dog, eventually we got onto the actual topic of our pup and we were finally able to discuss him and we told her the issues we are currently seeing with him, she made her assumptions and told us how much everything was going to be, usually in my experience in pet ownership the vet comes in after the nurse and goes over your pet with you, this was not that experience, the nurse grabbed our pup, took him out of our room and into the back, moments later we could hear him crying uncontrollably and us not knowing what was going on because we never discussed them doing any kind of treatment to him or giving him shots of any kind, so we ended up exiting the room to find where he was located and I poked my head into the door only to be confronted by the head vet or GM not really sure what she was, wondering why I was back there and I told her “because I don’t know what you are doing to my dog, we didn’t say yes to anything and we can hear him crying” I ended up politely asking for my dog back and the nurse that was handling him gave him back to me, the receptionist was speaking to my wife while I did this and even the receptionist said “if I were you I would go somewhere else” then the head vet came out to talk to us and she started arguing with my wife about how dogs are just like children at the doctor. Which we totally agree however when you take your child to the doctor, your child doesn’t get taken to another room to get his shots.. overall a horrible experience, and we will not be going back, I highly do not recommend taking your pets here

This was a really disappointing experience. While I understand how hard veterinary establishments have to work these days, I was put in an unacceptable position and nobody seemed like they were sorry or trying to help me after they put me in this situation. I frequently fly to Switzerland and take my dog with me, who needs an international health certificate to enter the country. As we just moved to the area I didn’t have a new vet yet. After a long time of calling different locations if they offered this service, I booked an appointment over the phone directly with the GM Gala. These health certificates are time sensitive to the date of travel and need to be endorsed by the USDA (shipping back and forth, takes time and the endorsement is relevant to enter the country). Only accredited vets can do such certificates. Over the phone, the GM assured me that they do this, so she scheduled me in 1 week after my phone call (10days before my departure flight). I thought she scheduled me then because she was booked out until then, but I learned later that she purposely placed me then because she thought the vet appointment needs to be within 10 days of travel (1st misinformation). Once I arrived, I was very friendly greeted by the receptionist (just started working there) and filled out all the info. After 20min of waiting the receptionist came up to me and said that she thinks they are not able to do the certificate as they need an accredited vet. I started to panic as my flight was 10 days out and I had no plan B. She calmed me down and said the GM will come to help me out. After some time the GM came and said that I didn’t have to worry, SHE just needs to figure some things out. I was very confused as she did not seem like to be a vet at all and I typically am being consulted by a vet for the certificate. After 1.5h of waiting, she came back and said she was very sorry but they couldn’t do this service as they didn’t have an accredited vet. I was shocked, because of this GM I was now not only in a time crunch to find a new vet (before the Thanksgiving holidays) but also to get the certificate done in time at all before my flight. She shrugged and said the Sarasota location has an accredited vet but they are on holidays and will come back Monday (4days before my flight!!!). I then finally realized that this person had absolutely no clue and had lured me there not even knowing what I was asking of her on the phone. I then said if there was any other location because I need a new appointment TODAY or I will not make my flight. She then left me on the phone with a different location, making sure she told them before that she was the GM of Bradenton, and then excusing herself because she was busy with other clients. I got an appointment Saturday and the receptionist there already told me that this will be very tight for me to get the certificate in time. I am now still hoping and praying that I will get the papers in time. If not, I will have to have huge costs to extend my airbnb and reschedule my flight. While everybody was very friendly, I found this one of the worst service ever experienced, it seemed like nobody in this location has professional expertise and knew what they were doing - from the receptionist to the GM. Are there even any vets there??

They took great care of my doggo who developed an ear infection. Best part is that they have a drop off service so you don't have to wait all day for your pet. They call you when the pet is ready for pickup. Highly recommend!
