Absolutely gorgeous all around, you can tell the amount of care and effort put into this new storefront. Everything is clean, the staff is very knowledgeable & friendly, always willing to help but not overbearing like some sales places can be. All of the dogs come from top breeders and are in great health, cared for very well and socialized amazingly. I cannot say enough good things about them!

From the moment I reached out online until the day I arrived to pick up our furry girl Piper the team was amazing.!!! Mary was super friendly and informative; she sent me pictures and videos throughout the time we communicated which made it so much easier through the distance. I also spoke with Kaitlyn who was also friendly and helped with the paperwork very quickly. My family and I drove almost two hours to get our furry girl and it was definitely worth the drive. Great team overall, thank you all for your assistance !!!!

Our family went into Petland over the weekend for the first time and WOW . . . what a lovely experience we had. We came in just to see the store and play with puppies to try and get our two youngest kids comfortable around dogs, (since we’ve never owned one.) Right when we walked in we were greeted by Dahlia, and she is truly what made our experience so wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient with us. And as busy as she was assisting us and multiple other families, she still made us feel so special. (My kids haven’t stopped asking when we’re going to see “Miss Dahlia” again!) And although we aren’t quite ready to add a puppy to our family just yet, once we are we will definitely be back to work with Dahlia.
