I stop in every once in a while to see what's new in their fish department. This day I went home with some ghost shrimp. They are great cleaners for your tank. The staff is very nice there and you don't have to wait long for assistance.

I ran in here with Kyro looking for a lavender stuffed you and some chewies, We were in between places and I thought having another stuffed you with lavender like what he has at home (he loves them!) would help him in the car as he's been anxious in the backseat since Flex passed, and heck... A bag of chewies for road trips is always good. Anyway, the gentleman on duty was extremely helpful with helping me find the lavender toy. I found several options for chewies and chose the ones I'd find that said they were $6.99. I was excited about the price. Then I found the same kind of chewies (like greenies) in a brand I like better (Stella & Chewy), but there was no price on them. I then noticed there was no price on any of the items that they "showcased" in their special end caps or end tables, and the one person that was one duty was now nowhere to be seen. I switched the chewies out, putting the ones I didn't want back, then went to the desk to check it out. Before we started checking out, I asked for a price check on the Stella & Chewy chewies and they were considerably more than $6.99 ($10 something), so I put them back and grabbed the others again and went to check out. Upon checkout the item that was supposed to be $6.99 ended up being $12.69!! (Or something like that ... $12.xx). What a cluster this ended up being. It ended up taking SO much more time than it should have. I, luckily, caught the price discrepancy and took him back to the shelves where the chewies were all sitting there, priced at $6.99, and he said, "Huh, they must be in the wrong place". They weren't in the wrong place. The label SAID the price was for THAT item. That's not putting it in the wrong place. That's labeling it wrong, or pricing it wrong in the system and gouging your customer hoping they don't catch you. I got my Money back, but not if I hadn't been paying attention... I would have paid twice what it said it was supposed to cost.

Manager is quitting today but obviously not soon enough, acts like they're on drugs considering their problem with answering normal questions about signage on the front door. Called corporate in case this employee robs the store before they quit.

Great star staff was very friendly and accompanying me to find what I needed.. only problem is too many choices what would my dogs like best.. guess we'll have to try one of each🥰

Even though I had no idea what I needed the lady helped me was very kind I think her name was Ashley I'm not sure but both of the girls that work in the daytime very calm collective easy to talk to and even though I had to come back twice it was a stubborn boyfriend. They loved animals just as much

Usually go to the most convenient pet store when I need supplies but I've gotta say.. this place is worth going to.
