Crash Dastardly
Not my normal vet but the walk in service got Ladybug in and out in reasonable time. Dr Mike and Bobby are awesome. Even though the diagnosis was about the worst possible news, their approach was direct and fair. Very compassionate. Some of the front staff seemed unhappy to be there but still giving 5 stars because Dr Mike and Bobby offset the difference by miles.

My dog and I will only go to Normandy Animal Hospital for any Veterinary Services from now on. I had the easiest and most attentive care for my pitty when she needed it, and I cannot overstate how great the vet tech/kennel techs are! They showed me that they truly do love their jobs and care for the animals. Taylor, one of the vet techs, gave me a great lesson on what and how to feed my baby because she has a sensitive stomach. Love this place!

I love this vet and the care they put into their clients. We brought our corso to have her ears cropped. The process was easy, the staff were very friendly and followed up consistently to ensure she was doing well. Dr Khalil did an amazing job, I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would recommend this vet to anyone in the area.

They took care of my Tia with the utmost care! Dr Mike is 5 star. Great staff as well. Will definitely keep bringing my dogs here. The facility was clean, spacious, & welcoming. I absolutely recommend!

If you aren’t having an emergency, do not recommend as an every day vet. My dog came in for a nail trim, had to get her shots as well. Vet recommended some anxiety meds and we’re supposed to come to the room and talk to me about it. They had an emergency, which I understand, told them to just have him call me. Never called me. Called every two days for a couple weeks and each time they said he would call me back. It’s been almost two months now. I paid for an exam fee for NOTHING. I saw the vet for approx 30secs when he came in the room with the tech to take Letti back to get her nails trimmed. Had her back there for about a minute and brought her back. She is awful getting her nails done so that’s why he recommended anxiety meds. Never heard back. Will not return unless it’s an extreme emergency that can be handled immediately and not have to talk to anyone after we leave. I want my money back. Do NOT recommend. Also the vet tech was extremely rude and in a rush which terrified my already scared dog. He didn’t take his time to make her comfortable. He threw the slip lead on her and took off with her shaking, tail tucked. (Ive been at a lot of vets offices, this is extremely unprofessional AND dangerous. Yes, I have extensively trained dogs AND I take in rehab rescues. I’m not a professional but I do know dog body language and the tech was completely ignoring her.)

The receptionists and vet techs are wonderful and sweet people. That’s where the positive ends here and the only reason for two stars. Do not go here if you have any type of plans for the day. Your wait can be anywhere from 20-30 minutes, all the way up to 3-4 hours. If you do go, bring a good book and a seat cushions. I mention that last part because you will be sitting on stone benches for a while and that gets very uncomfortable. I had high hopes since this place is so close to home. Unfortunately I cannot spend my entire day at an office for a follow up visit. They do not schedule appointments. That means for the initial or follow up you are at the will of the vet gods in this place. From the time’s I have been there it seems the place lacks any real management. Again though, reception and vet techs are great. Remember to spay/neuter and vaccinate!
