My Paris La FranC aka Diva is 16yrs old she's been with them since she was 6wks old. I've been with Banfield for years, and I think it was better pricing when they were all inside of PetsMart. Now, their going into stand-alone buildings, and their prices go up like every year or two. I have 3 dogs with plans that's over $120 something a month . I think once I'm dogless, I will stay that way. IJS 🤷🏽♀️

I have to say I really appreciate the way Banfield at Kernan Square takes care of my dogs. I also have them on the Wellness plans and I considered not renewing when it was time to do so but I did the math. With the xrays, bloodwork, vaccinations, etc., the cost was almost half by being signed up for the Wellness Plan. So yeah, I'm a believer in the Wellness Plan. I have one older chihuahua with heart issues and another with anxiety issues. I do wish Banfield would add sonograms to the Wellness Plans with some kind of discount. Other than that, I'm really happy and would recommend them without any hesitation.

I have visited this location for both of my cats when they experienced urinary problems and the service was good. They were treated and sent home by the end of the visit. However, the appointment system online is very confusing and not always accurate. It is easier to call and schedule an appointment when the vet is available.

Savanah literally saved my dog's life. I brought my husky to Capital for vomiting, they told me he was just having a stomach ache. It continued so I brought him here. Savanah immediately recognized that he had a foreign body blocking his system and confirmed this with x-rays. I was nearly in tears fearing the worst but Savanah was so supportive and caring and educated me on all my options. She then recommended I rush my pup to First Coast Vets for surgery (because they couldn't do it at Banfield).

Annual immunization appointment turns into a disaster! I have a dog that has health conditions and requires special handling. When my wife & our dog’s full time care taker arrived for Samson’s appointment they were told the staff was taking our dog to a private room to be seen by the Vet. Keep in mind we have given clear instructions that our dog is not to be away from our side for long periods of time & he is better waiting in our vehicle equipment for his needs. After 2 hrs and putting our dog in an unclean kennel we get our dog back in complete distress & in horrible condition. The actions of this clinic has presented new health challenges for our dog. We’re very displeased with how our visit was handled.

Please close this location. Staff has no respect for patients or owners. Absolutely butchered my beautiful long haired dogs coat that has taken 6 months to grow out. After specific instructions not to shave him, they decided not only to shave the hot spot but an area 5 times the size of the hotspot. Then thought it was funny. Awful location, awful staff, don’t go here.
