This is a wonderful veterinary facility. I took my sweet boy Beau here when he was a puppy and throughout his life- he was well cared for, even on his last day with us. I have always been pleased with his care and the service I received from the veterinary staff, boarding/grooming staff too. Dr. Silvers is so compassionate and an expert at what she does. When the time came to say goodbye to Beau, she was professional and kind, supporting us on one of the hardest days of our lives. The care and empathy of the techs was admirable as well. They handled my baby’s euthanasia and aftercare with kindness and dignity. We even received a sympathy card from all the staff after his passing, with his little paw prints. This is a veterinary clinic that really cares about its patients and their families. I would highly recommend them!

Dr. Fyfe saved Marley’s life! My handsome good boy got diagnosed with some sort of intestinal cancer. He wasn’t eating anything and got so skinny his bones were showing. Dr. Fyfe insisted on emergency surgery and although the bloodwork and surgery were expensive, nothing can compare to my sweet baby’s quality of life being restored. I’m so happy to say Marley has gained a solid 10lbs back and has made a miraculous recovery. Dr. Fyfe is a God send. What a blessing he is! The entire staff there was great as well. They have a state of the art facility and medical equipment and I’m so privileged and thankful to have found Dr Fyfe and this place at Jax Beach. Thank you, thank you and thank you!!! Before photo shows him severely malnourished and weak. After photo is 8 weeks post op! Healthy as ever! P.S. Marley is ten years old which makes this recovery all that more impressive

THE BEST VET IN JACKSONVILLE FOR EXOTICS!! I am forever grateful, thank you for seeing my dragons and giving them the best care and love that any lizard mom could dream of!! I will return for all my exotic pet needs!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, they took care of my Rhino Iguana and my Albino Green Iguana!! I left with my heart whole again!!

This place really cares about your pet. My daughter has been through a lot do to her health. So her precious Majesty was seriously neglected, because there was no one in the home to help her. When she finally was able to get her some attention she was referred to your office. She didn't have enough money to pay for her shots and grooming, she was told she would have to leave Majesty over night. When she returned to the car she was so hurt. We return home, a few hours later she gets a call to come pick Majesty up. The blessing was the doctor fell in love with Majesty and paid for her grooming, my daughter was so grateful she cried. Thank you Doctor and staff for giving my daughter the best early Christmas gift.

I had a very good experience, the I think is an assistant or tech unsure she was super sweet and listened to everything I had to say totally forgot her name..., I brought in my leopard gecko for a tail issue, and Dr. Fyfe did a full wellness exam in front of me and even showed every single spot that I had a concern about and explained it fully to me as well as how he would take care of the issues, he was very honest with pricing and very transparent with everything which was incredible! Also, very kind and comforting. Back to the lovely lady that helped, at the end of the appointment she explained the aftercare very well and had shown me how to administer the medicine along with some tips incase my gecko wanted to be sassy about it and overall made me feel comfortable being able to take home medication and give it to my gecko, she also was able to answer all my questions too. I am very thankful for the Dr. and Tech who helped me and Toga!

We actually see the Jacksonville Community Pet Clinic but after our visit yesterday, we will be switching. We were given meds by our normal clinic that made my dog really sick. They refused to see us back because they said it was an emergency and to call Pet Doctors of America (weird given that their not an ER!). We did and they got us in within the hour. From the initial conversation on the phone, to the techs (Jerry), to the doctor (Dr. Jennifer LeGrange), it was all outstanding. They were so good with my dog. So compassionate. They even called me today (the day after visiting) to check on his well being! I cant say enough good things about them. My dog is already feeling better after they gave him an IV drip, a shot to calm his stomach, and medication to fight the vomiting.. He is now eating a little and wagging his tail. They helped save my dog! Thank you to your entire staff!! -Love, Honkey <3
