I had been looking for a new vet. Dr. McKenna is wonderful. Staff is great. So far I have moved 2 of my 3 dogs there. I can't believe how efficient the staff is run vs my previous vet's office. I am a happy client. My dogs seem to like the place also. I think I made the right choice!

Dr. McKenna and the entire team exceeded my expectations. With my cats health rapidly declining, his scheduled vet appointment for tomorrow was too far off. Desperate, I reached out to this vet, and they managed to accommodate us within just a couple of hours. Now, as Chaplin rests, I'm grateful for their swift action in addressing his UTI. Words can't express my appreciation, and I'm seriously considering making this vet my cats' primary care provider.

I took my 2 year old cat for her first vist after i adopted her, and the staff was AMAZING. Knowledgeable, kind, professional and so gentle with my pet!! I absolutely would recommend taking your pet here. They explained the prices of different vaccines and what was most critical for her to get and how frequently she would need the vaccine in the future. I didnt feel pressured to purchase any care for my cat, everything was straightforward. My cat got 3 shots, a topical preventative, and a blood test and it was affordable and very quick! Absolutely recommend, thank you guys for being so sweet and gentle with my cat today!❤️

Hands down the best vet in Jax. The entire staff is incredible. The front desk staff is professional, friendly and very welcoming. They make you feel at home. Dr. Cox is the sweetest and most patient vet you'll ever meet. He never makes you feel rushed and has amazing bedside manner. We've seen Dr. McKenna a few times and she's the same way! So sweet and gentle. I run a pet sitting business and almost all of my regular clients use this vet and they all love them! Most importantly, my dog Sophie is so comfortable here! She walks right through the door (Most vet offices, she has to be literally dragged into. She'll be anxious and trembling, the whole thing.) and her tail is up in the air and she's excited to be there. We just went a couple days ago for her Bordatella which isn't her favorite thing, but she was still happy to be there even after the appointment. Thank you Timuquana Animal Hospital! Sophie loves you!

Timuquana Animal Hospital is such a warm and friendly place. I really enjoy taking my pups there and if I call with a problem ( I have a 6 month old puppy that is into trouble most of the time) I always get good advice on what I need to do. They treat me like family.
