Guards harassed and followed me going to my car and belittled me. They get 3 semis worth of food and feed you a small bowl of soup and a piece of bread. Can't shower past 230 so if you work no shower. If you work no laundry. I appreciate the bed but I've had roofing tar on my arms for 3 days. Homeless veteran here. And I have more respect food and showers in combat zones than I have ever had here. If your homeless like me and how I have been this place intends to keep you homeless. Do t donate to here it's wasted. Big boss drives a rolls Royce phantom while we eat 1$ of food a day.

It is disgusting how people get treated. I am very disgusted with the way staff sets and oh we help we help but when it comes right down to it they help with nothing not one thing. I was stuck here and was trying to get home and you are treated as a criminal fed very very little and what you do get fed is totally disgusting. Staff wrote the good 5 star reviews on here no doubt about it. This place needs tore down restaffed and rebuilt. The staff is as crooked as a snake.dont recommend this place at all.

I want to thank this place for saving me. Helping me realize that no matter what happens to us in life at least there is a place to lay your head down, have food in your body, shower and wash clothes. I go back home tomorrow, but I wish everyone good luck in what they are looking for in life. Use the tools and knowledge that the staff have to move on to bigger and better things. I made a lot of amazing friends here. I will miss this place

I only give a solid 0 because of two of the security guards. One of them gender discriminated my friend (physically on more than one occasion) and the other will throw/threaten to throw out people for no frickin' reason within their rights. I wrote a grievance only to find out through rumors that the one security guard was going to throw me out for writing such anonymous grievance. Screwed up in my opinion, to put it nicely. Staff barely gave me their names.

Friendly staff, clean environment and they have a hope program. (See staff for details) If you are needing a place to get out of the rain or snow I recommend going there.
