In an ideal world, every human being would be compassionate enough to lend a helping hand. From volunteering time and making a donation, to staying informed and advocating online, there are so many ways to get involved. Now offering: boarding, training, grooming, adoption, rehabilitation, rescue & more! Our facilities are not equipped to rescue or care for wild animals or saltwater fish at this time.

I was introduced to this place when it first became about! The staff has always been excellent in their services. I have never been more comfortable in working with this facility. I would highly recommend for adoption, surrender, volunteer some time. Highly suitable highly trained and most important of all the staff here cares. Thank you for all that you do!!

Discovered this place today and I'm so glad I did! Walked in curious...walked out adopting two birds. We haven't owned birds in two decades so we were a little nervous, but we came in and the staff was so helpful and took so much time to give us information. I highly recommend this sanctuary if you are looking to adopt a fish or bird. They do awesome work and they won't break your bank!

They have been great! I met Gabe and Roxann at a pet expo. Then I went in and got this perch and set it up. They gave me advice about pine shavings and saw how they have their sanctuary set up and added the box at the bottom. My wife enjoyed talking to Roxann and got to say hello and give treats to the birds. Coco came out and said hello to us. Can’t wait for our next visit.

We adopted a beautiful blue baby parakeet, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and let us have some bonding time before we decided to get him. He was extremely sweet calm! we are so excited about our new addition to our family. Thank you Fins and Feathers :)

Purchased two birds and have visited the store multiple times prior. The folks are very knowledgeable and have guided me in the care of our feathery friends. Their toys are reasonably priced with a good selection. My grandkids loved the bird visit room. Highly recommended business!

Had a misunderstanding with one of the employees, and left disappointed initially and wrote a 3star review based on that experience - not the store itself because as I said the store is clean and cute and birds are healthy and happy. Just an error in communication with the person I spoke with, but the owner Gabe called me within an hour I believe, and then followed up w me again today to help me get the information I was looking for. He is really lovely and is doing such a good thing for the animals they take in. So happy to be able to change my initial review and plan on shopping with these guys in the future.
