I called yesterday to receive info regarding registration for my service fog, Silas. Napali, hope spelling is correct, was friendly, informative, and helpful explaining all aspects of the process. I elected to register over the phone as she made it so quick and easy. And she was able to explain many other questions I had about my frequent flying with Silas now as a service dog. I realize that this registration is not required by law for service animals, but it gives me another layer of confidence when travelling with Silas. Although his behaviour is the key to his appearance and acceptance to the public at large as a service animal, this registration, ID card and patch will validate further his purpose.

Extremely helpful documentation for my PSA but this is the 3rd card I’ve needed to order in 2-3 years. They crack at the end where they clip in & it’s unrepairable. It should be made with a better more durable plastic. Thank you for your site!!
