I have been coming to this vet for over 30 years. I was sad the day Dr. Russell(previous owner) retired. He was amazing. I remember when Dr. Shill was brought into his practice several years before he retired. At first I was skeptical, but she soon earned my trust and has saved several of my animals lives over the years. She is a wonderful Dr. and caring person. The only thing that keeps me coming back to Cypress Square Animal Clinic is Dr. Shill and Kimberly(works up front). I had a couple of bad experiences with other doctors at the new practice; unfortunately lost a sweet dog with one of those experiences. Dr. Shill and Kimberly are the heart of the clinic. Thank you ladies❤️

I love this place! The staff are all super nice and helpful. Their love for animals really shows when they take care of them. The doctor is patient and gentle with our dog and he does so well when he comes here.

Love this vet clinic! It has been around since I was a child and we have always brought our furry friends here. Although the docs have changed over the years they have always been amazing and super friendly staff. They also price fairly - and that is super impressive these days! ♡︎

Excellent vet office! My pregnant golden loves coming here. Staff is super friendly! Update on previous PAID yes PAID 5 star review. Had X-rays done on Bailey that day and was told she'd be having 10 maybe 11 pups on Friday Oct 29th. Dr. told me i should get a book and read up. Sure, ok, as this is my first experience with dog pregnancy, I've been doing nothing but reading! Didn't get bothered by that remark but was still disturbed by. Bailey goes into labor on Tuesday Oct 31st, and the labor doesn't stop until 30 hours later with 16 pups being born. I called in the morning to ask a couple of questions and the receptionist told me there may be a consult charge (I didn't care if i would be charged). She called me back at end of day and proceeded to tell me the Doctor told her to tell me to again get a BOOK and that he wouldn't be calling me at all. She did ask what my questions were and said she'd get back to me. I've heard NOTHING. Absolutely unacceptable that the Doctor wouldn't take 2 minutes just to answer a couple of questions that a "BOOK' couldn't answer and put me ease with my situation. Not blaming the doctor of the loss of 4 pups, but a little reassurance would have been nice. I'm sorry that I will NOT be bringing my babies back here.

They are wonderful with my senior dog! He has seizures and they're always available to answer questions about his treatment! I highly recommend taking your furbaby to Cypress Square Animal Clinic.
