Dr. Pelton and his team are the absolute best. We lived in Houston for almost 4 years and not knowing the best vet when we moved made us nervous. They always were accommodating and helpful. Dr. Pelton saved our boy’s life! He was less than 24 hours to dying from eating an object, and we had no idea other than he was acting strange. Dr. Pelton watched him carefully and made the decision to do exploratory surgery in which he found the cause. He saved our fur baby’s life and is such a great, kind person! I would suggest this vet to everyone if I could!

Dr. Pelton performed a 2 hour exploratory surgery to remove these toys from our pug. He was communicating with us and answered all of our questions through the text service they offer along with phone calls.His staff is very professional and they worked with us beyond any other Vets office I've gone to before. All of our dogs go here.

Terrible front desk staff, and management. They lost the vaccine records to my dog 2 times already due to 'system failure', and that their excuse is that 'it happens sometimes'. There is hardly any care put into what they do, i don't think the medication the doctor prescribed helps much to my dog's Thyroid, as she still has skin rashes. They did not listen to my concern that i believe she may have allergies. The staff are very unfriendly anytime i come by to make an appointment or asking for refill. This place used to be affordable too, but the recent bills have went up and its crazy. Looking back at previous reviews from years ago this place may have been decent, but i really do not believe any recent reviews claiming this place is good. Sorry, but avoid this place at all cost and avoid any stressful headaches.

The staff is super caring and attentive to both the pets and the owners. Dr. Pelton takes time to talk with me and interacts with my cat. I won't take my cat anywhere else. Update: I wish I could give more than five stars! I love the personalized attention that Dr Pelton and his staff give to my cat. His staff is so knowledgeable. Even when I call with a question they always have an answer. I live 30 minutes away but it's worth the drive because of the care my cat receives.
