Chris and his team went above and beyond coming out the same day as I called to help with a major problem we had with multiple critters in our attic spaces. They were professional and even in the most hard to reach spaces (think pool within 4 feet of a 2 story house so they had to put the ladder in the pool and it was winter!) they were able to seal up all possible entry points and trap any critters that didn’t leave thru the one way door. I now have confidence that the squirrels and other wildlife in our yard will stay there and not make a hotel out of our attic. Thank you Chris and Quick Catch for helping me to sleep better at night!

I had a good size raccoon on my lanai during the day. Michael came out within about 30 minutes quickly retrieved the raccoon in a cage and removed it to a land far away. This service was professional, prompt and less expensive than most others. I would use them again.

Nicole responded within 20mins of my phone call and was able to efficiently and safely remove him to be relocated. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and really made sure my needs were met. Professional from first call to technician! I live in a condo complex and deal with rodent issues annually. It is always back and forth with the management company to get a quick resolution and they always try to hold me liable for any inspection costs not being accountable from their end. John, the technician found six entry points and provided photos. I was previously told by the management company there was none. He even provided a detailed explanation of my common area layout. He was knowledgeable, friendly and came before scheduled. He provided enough details so I can get reimbursed and have a work order done to remedy the situation. Unfortunately I’ve had to deal with rodents each year at my unit but happy to know Quick Catch will be in my corner. Thank you!

Amazing customer service. We called and the owner himself (Ryan) came out and was at my house within 7 mins. He stayed in my garage and lifted every single shoe and toy (including my stair-master) until he found the venomous cotton mouth snake that was hiding in my sons football equipment. We have 3 kids who play in the garage every day, so Ryan took our concern VERY seriously and wasn’t leaving until he found the snake. You could see the passion on his face as he searched. He loves what he does & that’s so important for a career like this. He spent time with us, talked to us about the dangers of snakes and we felt like he cared about us, which is why it was easy for us to call the office & sign up for monthly services when he left. He showed us the value. EXCELLENT !

We hired Quick Catch to handle a rodent issue on two properties in St. Augustine - Nicole was phenomenal! She is super knowledgeable and helpful to solve our issue ASAP! We were able to trap many rodents immediately, which solved our pest issue right away. 5-stars!!
