I recently called to schedule an appointment for my sick dog, and was able to get me in that same day, the process was incredibly easy. Upon arriving, the staff was friendly and helpful, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and pricing. The overall experience was great, and I felt that everyone was attentive and genuinely cared about my dog's well-being. The prices were reasonable. I appreciate the excellent care provided with a follow up call the day after to see how my dog was doing. Highly recommended and will be back!
This staff was SO so sweet and caring and were able to see my feral cat on short notice. The pricing was extremely fair and they're very transparent about what everything costs. They had a chart of fees for each procedure in each room for you to look at. When breaking down a treatment plan, they let you know what you absolutely need and whats optional and do not pressure you at all. Thank you guys so much for helping my little guy!!
The staff was very informative and helpful when I had to take my dad’s dog in for a quarantine stay. They didn’t treat Chop badly or rudely despite him being labeled “aggressive”. Chop can be a little rowdy but they worked well with him. The girls also kept his room immaculate and even washed his blanket. I also appreciate them sending in some of the staff to open up for me on the weekend so that I could take him out. They have a very spacious backyard that I’m sure others dogs love as well. I wish it wasn’t under these circumstances but I’m glad to have found their office.
I'm constantly grateful for the services this wonderful animal clinic provides to our community. The staff is friendly, professional, and efficient. I've brought about 5 feral cats here for spay/neuter procedures and rabies vaccinations. Each time, the service was excellent. Knowing that I'm releasing cats who are "fixed" and vaccinated makes it all worthwhile. Thank you, Panda, for what you do. It's appreciated by more people than you know. 💕
Good customer service & they show care towards your pet. However I did call ahead of time to ask if they took care credit, they said no, but they mislead me into thinking I would be reimbursed if I talked to the company and told them everything. The receptionist said customers do it all the time. Well as you can guess that didn’t happen so they got $400 out of me. Plus they did additional services I didn’t ask for because they said it was “necessary” for my puppy so I had to pay for that as well. So I’m never going back over there. I’m not gonna be played like a fool like that by y’all. Hope y’all enjoyed that $400 cuz that’s all y’all are getting from me.
Don’t understand if you take a dog in because it’s sick, they come back with a menu of $1000 worth of test they can run instead of giving it some meds to make it feel better. Just seems like there is no knowledge. Imagine if you took your kid to the doctors office and this happened. I’m not a doctor, and you want me to decide what needs to be done? C’mon
