They saved my baby boys life!!! I have a 11year old Dachshund mix and I was afraid that it was time to put him down. He was not his normal self. I walked in on a Friday without an appointment which they added me to the schedule without any issues. It was a wait but worth it for my baby boy. They drew blood turned out he had an infection. They gave him IV fluid and antibiotics. The doctor and staff were amazing and careful with my baby boy 🙏🏽thank you sooo much for helping my baby boy return to his normal self 😭😭🫶🏽 May God continue to bless this clinic 🙏🏽🙏🏽

I haven’t been to this clinic in years but since I had to take 3 pets this was my more affordable option. When I called the first time no answer. I waited a day and called again no answer tried one more time and on my second attempt I was able to speak to someone and make an appointment the receptionist was so nice and was able to locate my old account from years ago. She informed me they were switching systems. I even ended getting a call back from my original missed call to see if I was helped! The day of my appointment the wait was a bit long about less than an hour to get seen and about an hour in the back again I had 3 pets 2 dogs and a cat. They answered all my question and were very gentle with all 3 of my pets. One of them came back heartworm positive she originally was a stray before we got her. We are currently doing heart worm treatment and they were able to break down the cost so I am able to get the funds for each appointment. Overall I am very satisfied with their service!

Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to get my dog see. They were so nice and listened to me tell them what was going on with my dog (GG). They're customer service is great. I will be returning.

Don’t be confused by the stars. The only reason why I didn’t have 5 is because the cone wasn’t long enough once I got home to protect my dog from biting at his infection but everything else was exceptionally good. They took him in as a walk in (it was a bit of a wait but no complaints there). They gave you a buzzer so you can sit in your car if you choose to. The price definitely lives up to its name. Affordable. I really appreciate that so much. The doctor was really patient with me being a first time dog mom was several questions. You can tell they love their jobs and passion about the quality care of their patients. They also booked him a follow up in two weeks and when I called they suggested for me to get a bigger cone. I appreciated that I didn’t have to come back in for that advice to fix the cone issue. Highly recommended.

We’re so happy for the service we got in this clinic everyone is friendly they do answer any concerns you have , I initially took my baby Dino since he was having some eye issues I suspected that it could be some infection but it end up just been some allergies with his medication it got so much better he looks much happier now. Thank you definitely coming back for his future appointments! I drove over an hour but totally worth it for the service!

Have had a terrible experience with this clinic in the last two days. Waited for over 2 hours to be seen yesterday, after I was told what time they could see me. They never even got to me because after waiting for 2.5hrs it was still going to be another hour and I had to go to work. They asked me to come back in today and it is now going on 2 MORE hours and still have not been seen. The staff is worse than going to the airport..0 sense of urgency at all, no customer service skills, and just a general not caring about it because “it’s a low cost clinic”. That’s extremely disappointing and sad. Just because we are paying less doesn’t mean we aren’t paying and it doesn’t mean we don’t deserve to be treated with respect for our time. So if you’re thinking of bringing your pets here just be prepared to sit for hourrrrrrrrs regardless of your pets condition and be prepared for them not to care.
