I had previously given them 5 stars, but over the years the quality of attention and service has gone down. I know that my dog is afraid of going to the vet so it does make the experience that much harder. I had to take him back to the vet after her got his cancer diagnosis and the vet techs where not sympathetic at all to the situation and instead kept on calling my dog aggressive (even though he was sedated and has never bitten anyone). I completely understand how him jumping and moving around and makes it very difficult for them to give him his vaccines. However, the vet techs do not seem prepared to work with dogs that require more patience. In addition, they are constantly changing their veterinary doctors so there is almost never consistency with them. After almost 5 years of taking my dog to their clinic I will no longer be using them. Do not go there unless you are looking for an overpriced vet with bad service!

Always friendly staff and amazing doctors!! Had an emergency situation with our dog and they squeezed me in that day. I had to wait a bit but that is expected for getting me in. We always see Dr. Elmore, and she is amazing with all three of our animals!! Have been going to this clinic for over 30 years and have always loved them!!

It's hard to see your furbaby ill and there is nothing you can personally do to make them feel better. Champion Forest Animal Clinic is very professional and they took great care of my baby, I will definitely tell everyone about them!

The doctor was amazing I loved her ! She was very understanding and listened to all of mine and my daughters concerns. Most of all she wasn’t trying to hurry out of the room when we had questions . I recommend her and this vet clinic 110% this was my daughters turtle we took here ( Franklin)

Thankfully, I was able to secure a same-day appointment for my very sick cat this past Friday, 11/10. Both Doctor Davis and Doctor Wulf (on Sat) provided exceptional care for my pet. Also, the office staff were friendly and went the "extra mile" to take care of our needs. This was my first experience with this particular vet clinic and felt comfortable with their care and attention to my cat. Thank you!
