This is the very best place to take your pet, either for a simple check up, to dental work. I can not express my gratitude toward Doctor Gordon and Nate. Such caring and amazing people who took care of our Josie. Our little baby got such poor dental issue and my daughter had been stressing out about getting dental work for Josie, we had make appointment at one of the other vet where we normally takes Josie , the wait and price is ridiculous. Petcare express was highly recommended by Ms. Patricia Lender who been taking her cat there for shots, and everything else. Doctor Gordon and Nate did an out standing job on Josie, it made me cry seeing how they care for Josie. It only been a day and Josie is doing so well. Service is beyond my expectations, everyone there is extremely nice, the price is excellent. If I could give them ten stars, I would. Thank you so much for taking such great care for our Josie. This place is wonderful , full of fantastic people and Doctor who main focus is just getting your pets better, the personal attention shown to everyone and their pets is amazing. Again, from the bottom of our heart, My daughter and I can not thank you and your teams enough 🙏. Keep up the great work.

I amazed by the amount of care doctor and his staff put for our furry friends. Super nice! Definitely will take your day since they have first walk first serve kinda of service. But it really worth it. Also, my dog is not scared of them comparing to other places we have been.

It's a very affordable vet clinic which I really appreciated at first. If I had the time, I would basically make plans to be there for 3-4 hours no matter how simple the appointment; all to save a few bucks. It's really unfortunate that they are only open on weekdays and usually stop taking patients by 3-4pm due to the volume of walk-ins. It makes it really hard to find a good time to go if you have work/school or other commitments during the weekdays. There were several times where I would try to call ahead to see the volume of patients and ask about walk-ins but they never answer the phones. When I show up 4-5 hours before closing, I am greeted by an upset receptionist who abruptly tells me they are no longer taking patients and that they know the phones ring but they cannot answer them. They also can take up to two weeks to approve medications from online pharmacies that need prescriptions. I think this is a great place with reasonable prices and pricing transparency that is generally lacking in their field, but there are definitely better systems to implement to make it more efficient and fair to customers. They are definitely very busy and overworked, which would make even more sense to try and redesign how they intake patients. For reasonably priced vets, there are a certainly a few other options in the area that may cost just a little more but will save you many hours of waiting and frustration in the long run.

I hate to give them a low rating but I hate wasting my time. This clinic was my go to because they have some of the best prices and the doctors are good. But the WAIT TIME IS ridiculous. I was told that it'd probably be about 1hr to 1 1/2hrs until I was up. It has been 3hrs and I called to see when i would be up and I was told maybe another 45 mins. I have to sit in my car for 4hrs+ with my dog? No, they need to start doing appointments because this is ridiculous.

VERY AFFORDABLE pet care service. My dog needed immediate stitches and they were able to squeeze her in same day. We where in and out within hours. They even catered to the fact that she gets rowdy and barks around other dogs, so they let her in through the back door. After surgery they carried her to the car and put her in due to the sedation. The staff was helpful in explaining what to expect/post op instructions. A+++ definitely will go back for any pet care needs.

I searched high and low before I found Petcare Express. I needed a place that provided quality service, reasonable prices, and reliable care. Everyone is knowledgeable, professional, customer focused, and pet friendly. They actually love animals! I love Petcare Express and my dogs love it! They look forward to their visits and drag me in. While the facility has grown and customer based has expanded, they’ve kept that small business personal feel. 2 paws up!!
