The doctors and staff are all so wonderful. I have been to two other different clinics and this clinic made me feel like they actually cared about my pet’s wellbeing. My cat, Luna, was having a rough time and they did a great job making sure to get her the help she needed while considering the cost. I absolutely love all the staff I have encountered and Dr. Green was amazing! I will be recommending this place to everyone!

I’ve taken my pups here since 2016. I recently moved to River Oaks and tried a new vet for Convenience but was quickly reminded just how great VMAH is. They are honest, fair, and the staff is always so kind. It’s really hard to find a vets office that is honest, from personal experience, many just want to go to the most expensive treatment or options. The 40 min drive for me is so worth it.

Searched for a holistic vet and found this place. Called to make an appointment and was scheduled same day which was great because my dog was needing immediate assistance. The determined quickly what was wrong and came up with a solution. Resulted in my dog needing surgery. My dog was taken care of so well. They loved on him and cleaned him up nicely when he was sent home. He was so happy when he got home not mopy and traumatized. The receptionist was always friendly as well as all of the staff. This will be my forever vet! They also had his food in stock so it was a one stop shop. 💖 HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Love all the vets. Saved my dog when he went into heart failure. They always discuss the price and give you print out of the services so you can make informed decisions for your pets. They take good care of your animals.

I do not even know where to start. 5 stars is not enough. Thursday morning, February 29th I had the most horrific incident happen to my mini poodle. A trauma I did not think he would have made it through—and honestly without the kind, knowledgeable, hands of all the staff at this amazing hospital he would not have. My dog did not have the time to make it to an emergency vet, considering the closest one is 30 mins away. Dr. Knapp honestly did amazing work on an impossible situation. She also started this work at 730 in the morning even though they don’t generally start appointments until 9-10 am. My little guy is surprisingly on the road recovery, and I can only thank this hospital for that. Actually, I can’t thank them enough. There no words. Just absolute, complete gratitude. Not only was the work, care, and bedside manner top tier. It was all at a very reasonable, affordable cost. Not once did I feel like I had to choose between trying to save my 2 year old healthy little boy and paying an astronomical number. I am so lucky to have found this hospital, and they absolutely have my undying loyalty, as well as all of my recommendations.

Dr Chrisp is the BEST !! the holistic approach helped me babies live to 19 and 21.9. Not only is she great doctor; she is the SWEETEST!! she always ask about my daughter, and several other family member! and she genuinely cares about not only my fur babies bit my family also!
