Dr. Cole has been absolutely wonderful with my dog. She took the time to thoroughly explain each treatment option, making sure I understood and felt comfortable with the decisions we were making. We are so grateful to have Dr. Cole looking out for us. She is awesome !

I want to give a huge thanks to Lexi and Dr.Cooper. I really appreciate the care my dog SMOKII received. From the time I walked into the door I was greeted by Lexi and another young lady I can’t remember her name but she was very nice and knowledgeable. I asked if I could fill out my paperwork in private where Lexi took me to a room so that I can let my dog roam while I fill out the forms. They made me so comfortable until the nurse came in and she was very nice as well she made sure she understood all of my concerns regarding my pet and started getting him treated right away. Turns out my pet needed surgery!!! But the nurse reassured me everything would be ok . Lexi told me so many good things about Dr.Cooper i felt a sense of relief knowing that in my heart I was placing my puppy in the right hands. As promised Dr. Cooper called me before the surgery and after…. Dr.Cooper ROCK!!! I have never felt 100% sure of anything but I was sure I fully trusted Dr.Cooper. I recommend Westbury Animal Hospital at 100%. Thanks again to the whole team..

I brought my dog, Napoleon, into the clinic 3 times in one week due to horrible mystery pain. Dr. Herring assured me the issue was with the soft tissue in his neck. After following her directives, Napoleon is feeling much better. Just wanted to acknowledge the helpful, friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians I have encountered there. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

First off I want to say that Westbury Animal Hospital has really saved my dog/bestfriend/ four leg daughter. Our iris was not her chipper self and we took her to a total different place where she was treated as money. We had given up, we really tought we would loose her and my husband thank god didn’t want to give up. He took her on a Saturday morning and explained everything to the vet. Within hours she was being prepped for surgery and couple hours later they called us to tell us she had energy a corn on the cob… that was blocking her small intestine. They didn’t talk about money (obviously is needed) it’s the fact that they saw Iris as our family, as another member and loved dog. We always knew we couldn’t afford it and will work something out with whoever will let us do payments. Westbury Animal Hospital was willing to work with us from the get go. We had set up first payment that Thursday and we got a call saying a charity they worked with ran with the whole bill. When I tell you we cried, god really put them in our path. Please don’t go anywhere else, this is the place your fur babies will be well taken care of. My husband loves our dog Iris, she is his PTSD service pet, she always knows when he needs her. And she was brought back to us happier and more playful than ever.

Great hospital and very professional. I took my border collie here after she got a large head wound requiring staples. I hardly waited 10 minutes (which is very quick considering she was stable). Remember that if you have a long wait time, you are lucky-it means your dog is stable enough to wait until critical cases are taken care of. Prices were fair for an ER visit (Sunday after hours was about $125 for office visit) and they did a great job patching up my girl (see photo-may be graphic). They had me come in 10 days later for staple removal and she is healing up perfectly! If I ever have another emergency I will be here again.
