Always have a positive experience here. The staff is very kind. My dog has had three overnight visits, and you can tell they care about their patients. My dog gets excited as we pull into the parking lot. Short waiting, I've always been able to schedule at my convenience, even last-minute visits.

Do Not Recommend Generation Pet My 15-17 yr old was having anal gland issues. Was taking her in for expressions Dec & Jan and was told she had infection in Jan. Did Anal Sac Infusion procedure 1/30 and also put her on Thyroid Rx from T4 blood test. Dr McCann said if that did not work she’d do culture and another infusion. Follow-up visit after infusion, tech took her back and came out and told me Dr McCann said still infected and would call me that Monday evening about surgery to remove anal glands! Surgery? She had already told me that she would not recommend due to age and other complications. She never called me back Monday I left msgs Tue and Wed. Still no call back. It was meant to be for Dr McCann not to call me back. It made me re-evaluate the type of care I was receiving for my precious fur baby and prompted me to find new vet who was caring, follows up and compassionate! Thanks to my neighbors for referrals! And without knowing I was seeing Generation Pet, several commented “Do not use Generation Pet”. NEW VET pulled records from Gen Pet. Before he got to anal glands issue, he wanted to address blood work not being managed. You do not put a dog on Thyroid Rx with a T4 alone. Need to do a full thyroid panel and she had no other signs of Thyroid issue. Ran full panel. Didn’t need. Thank goodness she had not been on long and we weaned her off. If she’d been on for a while she’d be on the Rx for rest of life when not needed. Liver enzymes have been high last 2 yrs blood tests and on nothing to manage that! Before exam, new vet said he would not recommend anal gland removal surgery. Other ways to manage. Did her exam and anal glands were NOT infected. Inflammation in one. Put on prednisone and issues stopped within 2 days!!!!! We still have some follow-ups with him addressing and managing her care. What a difference!! Thorough, confident and compassionate! And 4 days after seeing new vet, I get text msg from Generation Pet saying she needed anal glands removed and quotes between $4600 and $7200!! Seriously? A text message? No phone call to discuss and answer questions? Absolutely unacceptable!! I would have gotten 2nd opinion before a major surgery that was not needed, but how many don’t and would have put their precious fur baby through an unneeded surgery. If you use them now, you may want to consider finding new vet before your fur baby has any issues that need attention. Beware of any procedures they recommend and get a 2nd opinion.

Location was busy, busy. Long wait to see vet but when you do they are very thorough in explanation. Also willing to assist with pricing. Very kind & considerate about my situation, finding pricing on seizure medications. All in all, good to select as my vet for my Sadie Belle whom I love immensely.

Just want to say this place is great! Emily was Awesome getting my appointment and explaining a lot of things to me,she went out of her way to going to the doctor and get back with me. Decided to come here because I used to take him to this clinic, let's just say it was chaotic and he came out hurting worse than he went in! Decided to give this place a chance and I'm glad I did,They disscussed everything to me thoroughly, I highly recommend it, Awesome Staff !!!

BEWARE OF UNNECESSARY SURGERY FOR YOUR PETS!! Seek a second opinion! Your pet and wallet will thank you! As others have mentioned toned, no follow-up and they know they are dead wrong about their unethical recommended surgeries! Update on the response: WRONG! I'm vouching for all the customers you have unnecessarily done surgeries for profit! I hope all your customers see this and seek a 2nd opinion!
