I was dealing with an extremely sad situation and was treated so kindly by everyone, me and my pup was waited on hand and foot they even offered to go next door to McDonald’s to purchase a burger to help my dog take meds he wouldn’t take otherwise. They did tell me I’d have to come back the next day for procedure but when I asked that it please be done today, they did it for me. Literally everyone was so compassionate with me and my baby & so patient. The way they treated us meant so much to me & will always remember it. Thank you ladies so so much!
We were seen quickly right when our appointment was. The tech was so friendly and the vet was amazing. My dog is usually shy around new people and he was immediately friendly to the staff. We did two annual packages for our two dogs and brought up some issues the dog were having. They offered us multiple options to treat the dogs (arthritis and allergies). They ranged from cheap to expensive for price of treatment. It was nice to be given multiple options depending on our finances. I always recommend this place to my friends with pets. Appointments are far out, about 3 weeks. It is not an ideal place for emergencies or immediate visits. I do have a backup place for situations like that. But for annual visits and non emergent issues, this place is perfect.
Today I had the opportunity to meet Dr. Rose. She was very caring, professional and very knowledgeable. She explained the possible problems with my fur baby, desired testing but unfortunately the office manager stated they could perform the test but could not provide the follow-up care. At the end of my visit I approached the desk to check out and was informed by the office leader in a rude tone to "go and stand on a number". I assumed discharges were handled at the desk and of note no one was in the lobby checking out but me. That interaction ruined a decent office visit. The vet tech was wonderful. Apparently, this office is not equipped to handle medically complicated and surgical cases of which Dr. Rose has the ability to diagnose and treat. On a positive note, the visit was a same day appointment of which I was grateful for.
Absolute garbage customer service. I've met teenagers with better people skills. After waiting for over an hour someone finally asked if we were the last appt of the day then told us there were no rooms available but had no problem taking other patients. Sure you might have vet and tech shortages, maybe don't over schedule appointments. Absolute garbage service. Might as well have brought my TV and dinner with me.
From the receptionists to the techs to the vet e everyone was wonderful, helpful, amazing, and kind! I'm an hour away and live on disability and their prices were affordable. The vet called me back the same day with the blood work results and again super kind and caring to both pet and owner. They do offer financial assistance which is helpful if you're dealing with an expensive health issue for your pet.
Great experience for our first time! I was very late to my appointment because I had the time wrong. The doctor was so kind to take us anyway although we were 3 hours late. Thankfully my Aussie only needed a yearly checkup. We paid $110 for the annual dog package and $141 for 6 months of heart worm and flea meds. I saw this is a great deal!
