Went here for our puppy's first vet visit. I must say the experience was great for me and my puppy Xerxes (zurk-seez). From the front desk to the veterinarian assistant and the vet, they were all a pleasure. We got all his vaccinations done, his heart worm medication, had our baby microchiped, and even got a nail trim. They were amazing with our baby. They had us in and out in a very timely fashion. I would recommend purchasing the annual plan for your puppy! Thanks, ladies!

I brought my 3 adopted kittens here since they partner with Houston SPCA for a free 1st exam and 1 month of flea & tick control. The lobby and exam rooms are clean and well organized. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. I deducted 1 star because at each of my 2 appointments, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. Overall, I recommend them as all of the staff and veterinarians seem to care a lot for their furry patients.

Dr. McConaughey always gives my pup the best care. She was able to catch my dogs cancer very early during one of her routine teeth cleanings and she has outlived her initial prognosis and is living a happy life thanks in no small part to the staff at VCA Spring Branch

My husband and I initially took our dog to VCA because of the partnership with SPCA and initial free visit, but I can say we are definitely coming back, despite the distance from our home! Dr. Tiffany Stone is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable, empathetic and patiently listened and answered our questions (they were not few as new dog parents!) about our newly adopted dog. A few days later she messaged us asking how our dog was doing and responded to every concern we had. The staff is very efficient and helpful over the phone and in person. We are very pleased with the care at VCA Spring Branch.

Thank you to VCA Spring Branch staff for the care and compassion in treating our beloved pet, Spark. All staff from the front office to the technicians were professional, kind and so very considerate. A special thank you to Dr. Stone and Dr. Guirguis for the care and aftercare as Spark enjoyed his final weeks with his favorite treats and toys. We are forever grateful.

Definitely something has changed at this clinic. My first few encounters with the staff here were amazing and that’s what I loved about this place, but today really caught me off guard. I called to make an appointment for my cat but was met with terrible customer service from someone named Claudia as she said but who knows if she was telling the truth. She was so belittling and rude when I was just trying to be patient and kind about it. I finally asked her what her problem is and she switched up really quickly into a fake voice, trying to help me. Embarrassing. Regardless, we will not be coming here anymore. I don’t know what happened to this place.
