The best animal clinic I have ever been to. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly, helpful, & affordable vet clinic to take your pet. I am very pleased & the doctor himself is amazing & very caring. I can tell he is very honest & truly cares for the well being of your pet. Thank you doctor and all staff for taking good care of my dog Diva during her surgery! <3 I would rate this clinic more than 5 stars if I could. ⭐️

They've taken really good care of my dog here. Dr. B. Is very caring and passionate towards my dog. I had his teeth cleaned here and they cleaned it up really well! His teeth are all nice and white now. I deducted one star because there have been occasions where I've waited for an hour after my appointment time to be seen. But it's not always that long of a wait.

DO NOT bring your pet here. The staffs are extremely rude and they failed to provide clear pricing information. They added charges that exceed the initially stated amount and gave absurd explanations for the additional fees, recommending unnecessary treatments and medication. Both the nurses and the doctor act disgusted with my pet. My pet’s wound did not heal after 14 days. They keep asking to redo the stitches because it was poorly done the previous two times. Now I have to take my pet to another clinic to close the surgery wound from 14 days ago. This animal clinic should be shut down.

Called to get an appointment set up. The receptionist asked and DID NOT wait for a response for before putting me on hold. What is the point of asking? Within a span of 5 minutes. I got put on hold 3 times. I only needed to know how much the office visit was. The receptionist didn’t even know the price because she gave me like 2 or 3 different prices. Called Elite Animal Hospital and they got me set up in less than 3 minutes. I wanted to be one of the other 5 stars left on this page but I wasn’t a priority to them. First impression matters. 🙂

Wanted to leave a review, I went to the vet to get a health certificates and vaccines for my pet to be able to travel to Mexico. I got there the vet stated that she was not able to travel without a chip they made me get all this unnecessary stuff. On the day of the flight my pet was not able to travel because there was something wrong with the certificate and he dewormer. I ended up loosing my flight because my pet wasn’t able to travel. I just want to leave this review so that it doesn’t happen to anyone again. I called about the issue and didn’t give me a solution. I had my vacations all planed out.
