Their accounting sucks!!!! I canceled a membership years ago and they confirmed they did. Turns out they didn't do their job right. Haven't taken a dog there in years and they say I owe them $.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

First time visiting PetSmart I was very impressed I was greeted once I walked in and was asked if I needed any help which I did... The reason I came to the store was because I was babysitting my friends dog so I needed some dog food, dog shampoo and a pillow they were very kind and showing me the options they had I walked out with everything I was looking for and more.... thank you 🙏
