This is truly the absolute best vet clinic to take your furbabies to! Dr. Jennings and her team are so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable. My puppy got all of her vaccines here and had a wonderful, positive experience (good place to train your dogs to like the vet). They made my puppy feel so comfortable that she was responsive to little commands like “lie down” and “paw/shake” while we were waiting for her vaccines to be prepared! Too cute! Btw if you’re worried about prices, it’s very reasonable and very worth it. I’ll definitely be bringing my puppy back for future check-ups and procedures; can’t imagine going anywhere else. Highly recommended! You won’t regret it!

The sweetest staff. I first chose Haven due to how close it was to where I lived. I moved and am now 30+ mins away but I still make the drive despite many other options near me bc of how much I trust this place & Dr. Jennings. They are also great with timing, they attend you At appointment time and dont keep you waiting in the room. I will keep bringing my cat here for years to come.

Highly recommend! I have taken 2 of my kitties to them and the staff is very sweet! I had a lot of questions, and never once was made to feel dumb for asking, staff is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to! My kitten was being a brat, and they were very good about it, even giving me a mild sedative for her next appointment to make sure everything goes smoothly! Glad I found them!

Clean location, easy service only thing is the Veterinarian and staff kept wanting to put a muzzle on my dog. They seemed afraid and inexperienced. Barely wanting to touch my dog and she wasn’t growling or barking. She was only nervous. Usually when experienced techs take their time with her she loosens up. I think she could feel their nervous vibes. I cannot recommend this clinic.

First time puppy owner and have had the best experience with Dr. Jennings and every staff member we’ve met (which is probably everyone since puppies have lots of visits)! We had an emergency about a week ago and I was so impressed and grateful for how well they took care of our little guy. I absolutely trust them completely to give the very best care possible. They always follow up every appointment (even just puppy shots) with a call or text the next day to see how he’s doing or if I have any questions. Excellent, clean, and friendly practice!

Friendly and professional service is what you can expect. They are responsive and ALWAYS check in after any service. That makes me feel valued as a customer and gives a more personable experience. Haven also offers the convenience of texting to communicate. 10/10 Highly recommend!
