I am reading all these complaints about the phone not being answered, etc. I personally did not have an issue calling and making an appt. to have my dog spayed. I am also getting her in without much of a wait. Considering the price, I have no reason to complain at all. I might not feel that way when I arrive there to leave my little girl to be spayed so you may see a whole different post then. Wish us the best!

I have been calling yall for the pass month a dog been attacking my neighbor and myself. Nothing has been done. I need yall to come and control the dogs.

I adopted a kitten, they told me she was to small to be dismissed so we will contact you when she is. They contacted me a week later to tell me she wasn’t ready yet but she will be weighed again soon. I called again because another week went by. They told unfortunately we let someone else adopt your pet. I asked how does that even happen. They had no explanation. So in the end I waited 3 weeks to receive my pet, just to call on my own and find out they already gave my pet away.

I don’t ever write reviews but I had to for these guys. I called 3 times, was on hold for more than 20 min each call just for them to transfer the call and then hang up. After finally getting in contact with them I was rushed off the phone with little to no help. I’d advise talking to them in person even though staff is very nonchalant ; or maybe that was just the staff on the days I visited 🤷🏾‍♂️

Wish the employees were more into adopting. Just seems that they’re tone deaf.
