My cat Elvi and I had our first visit here today. I honestly only chose them because they had the earliest appointment available compared to other vets in the area. However, I was so pleasantly surprised by their compassion and care! For starters, I didn’t have to wait at all (this may depend on how busy they are) and we were taken into what seemed to be a cat only exam room with cat art on the walls, a feliway diffuser plugged in to help cats feel more comfortable, and a TV showing a slideshow of staff cuddling pets! Having an anxious cat, I was nervous about going to a vet that treats a wide variety of species as I wasn’t sure of the noise that might scare Elvi. A beautiful cat themed room was just what we needed! I had great interactions with the tech though I don’t recall her name. Our vet was Dr Michelle Taylor and she handled my anxious and blind cat so extremely well and made sure to do the exam together with a nurse as swiftly as possible while still being comprehensive. Once that was over and we were talking about my cat’s anxiety, Elvi was allowed to walk around the room and explore and was even offered a treat. She had a great time and even asked for some pets from Dr Michelle! I was sent home with the medication we needed, a visit summary (including a lovely picture of Elvi), and printouts with more information! Picking this vet was a lucky coincidence! While I had planned to only do one appointment and then go to a cat only vet that didn’t have any openings at the time, I completely changed my mind as I am confident this is the vet practice that is right for us. We recently moved from the UK and I wasn’t sure what to expect from American vets but I am blown away by their knowledge and obvious love for animals. I cannot recommend them enough!

I really appreciate Dr. Taylor and their help. When my bunny got a scratch on his cornea, they squeezed our appointment into their schedule. Now he is pretty good and just turned 10 years old!

Very sweet and caring team! I got amazing service from all of the staff and the veterinarian. I have an exotic pet, a hedgehog named Kiwi, and it’s very hard to find a clinic that will treat her. Exceptional care, knowledge, empathy, and skills. Thank you for being a blessing!

Absolutely love this vets office, everyone was so friendly, they took great care of my two rabbits, 10/10 would recommend and have told some of my friends and family about it (came back, Baron and Pim had a great time at the vet today, loved zooming around the room, Baron enjoyed getting his picture taken and decided meds were tasty, Yall are awesome, was going to add pics of baron but it wont let me)

As soon as I waked in I was greeted by the kindest nurses that made my dog and I feel comfortable and right at home. They have been nothing but absolute angels through this process. They are seriously the nicest people I have ever met. Took the best care possible of my German shepherd ❤️🐶
