This is my favorite vet. The staff- Chris, Jeff, Arlene, Patrick are all so helpful. I think my cats get better care here because the staff and doctor take the time to listen and the care is affordable. A cat-friendly place.

This clinic performed an emergency spay on my precious girl Stella two weeks ago. They got her in immediately, the staff were so caring and professional even though it seems their spay/neuter days are truly chaotic. I never felt like they were rushing or not paying careful attention to my pet or anyone else's. I sat and listened to them treat every client with respect and care. Contacting them for care after the surgery was a breeze, I was even able to text them after hours. I wouldn't hesitate to bring my sweet girl to this clinic again.

I took my bunny to get spayed here the staff was helpful and check up on you after surgery…they were really nice then a few months later my bunny had a problem with no eating and GI stasis took her there again gave her a shot and medicine to take home..12 hours after her visit at this clinic and getting a shot she died I don’t know if it was because of natural sources or because she was already old or the shot she got a the vet..next day I return to get a refund on the Medicine it got declined despite of me telling them what happened to the bunny… I never took my dogs or cats here but there you go… that was my experience with a bunny here

I've been visiting HSN for quite a while now, esp since I foster, transport, kennel and happily complete any task requested by different rescues or the people involved with rescues. I do not have the words that would adequately compliment the exemplary service provided by HSN. The staff is always very nice, patient, understanding and accommodating to any special requirements that you request of them. In fact, today, I brought "Polly" the pitbull in for the first of two ❤️worm injection treatments l, but I was also forced to bring two of my own dogs that have been sick for 2 weeks despite antibiotic treatment. Besides not knowing Polly, I will not expose other animals to whatever is infecting my dogs and causes them to cough excessively. (Yes, I took special precautions in keeping them isolated with a metal and plastic barrier to avoid infecting Miss Polly, yep, she's single guys! Lol). For those that do not know about this ❤️ worm shot, it's pretty painful and needs to be carefully administered to avoid terrible reactions or even fatalities. I was very impressed that Dr Amanda Hanna, along with the help of the vet tech that l I unfortunately did not get her name, took great care in meticulously injecting the medicine. (PLEASE, do not continue with this injection if you witness your vet about to haphazardly administer this shot in any location. Make sure you see the vet feeling on the spine to correctly identify the location and then going to the side between the ribs and into the muscle. It literally contains poison, but don't be scared, I've taken many dogs for this fast kill approach and NEVER had a problem. Just be aware. Hope this is helpful.) Because my dogs are in my car, of course, with the AC on, I'm slightly worried about car theft. When the staff noticed me running in and out of the room, Patrick and Jeff promptly told me that they would watch my car. Additionally, HSN has always been very clean and never smells. They immediately clean each room after each patient. I guess the only thing I wish I could change is the location or request that another HSN be erected more up north going towards Conroe or Cleveland. However, this is of no fault of HSN. Despite the location and the associated traffic that is inevitable, this should NEVER be the reason to preclude a worthwhile visit. I am certain that I will be coming here many more times in the future. Thank you HSN!!
