The team at St. Francis is super caring, knowledgeable, and wonderful with my pets. Every time I visit or call, they help me feel informed and provide great advice and recommendations. Probably the best place you could take your fur baby. My dog is reactive and can be aggressive towards others. I was nervous that the first time he had to be sedated and the second time he was difficult too. This time around although we were nervous they made us feel so at ease and my dog at ease. We left so happy because it wasn’t traumatic or nerve wracking like we had anticipated. Thank you! 😊

Larger dog owners, do not take your dog here. Staff was extremely unhelpful and admittedly not qualified to help diagnose my dog who was visibly having serious complications. After a week of the runaround and no answers, we had to go to an emergency room and finally got treatment there. My worst experience at any vet in the Southeast Wisconsin area.

We love Dr.Flynn! She always treats our 'boys' like gold. She is gentle and genuinely cares for our dogs! We hope she is coming back soon! :-) We've only had one 'semi-bad' experience with an assistant, but only because she was new and seemed quite tense around our gentle giant. Every other experience has been wonderful from the office to the techs to the vets! Their prices are very reasonable as well!
