We met with Dr. Cassie Schneller who performed a successful mast cell tumor removal on our much loved 9 year-old dog-friend. She communicated the process clearly to us, answered our many questions patiently, and did her best to put our guy at ease on the big day. The entire staff communicated with us throughout the day and kept our anxiety at ease. Pets are irreplaceable members of our families, and I feel that the staff at Alta View understand this, and provide excellent service accordingly. Thanks to each of you.

My cat was sick and I called all around looking for a place to get her in that day. Alta View was the only place that cheerfully said yes we can see her this morning. I wasn't sure what to expect but based on the positive reviews I read, I certainly wasn't let down. They were very professional, kind, caring and I was even impressed with the price. I'm so happy I finally found a good vet that I can take my pets to. By the time I got home with the meds the doctor gave my kitty she was right back to her normal loveable self.

RUN. Our cat 'SIMBA" was left at the clinic for an overnight observation by the Silver Spring Hospital Staff to determine insulin amount measures .. He was NOT TO BE ADMINISTERED INSULIN. as was Told by the hospital staff. Rusty DIED....They gave SIMBA INSULIN that already had been given at the hospital ......All they had to do was check his diabetes numbers to determine how much to administer going forward. That happened some time ago. Seeing the name ALTA VIEW triggers my PTS. RUN.......
