I called Critter Control as soon as they opened and they were able to send someone out about 30 minutes later. Demetris came out and did such a great job and there were some challenging aspects of the job, but he really just stayed determined and rescued a little baby bird and cleaned out some ducts and put some covers over my other vents. He was very nice, very respectful, it was a pleasure working with this company!

Very quick response to a web based inquiry. Easy to schedule and get things going. Anthony is very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He gave solid details about what could be done. Another tech did additional work - I did not meet them - and it looks great. I used a different company (different issue) a few years back. Critter Control totally is a step above in all areas!

Tyler did a great job. We had work going on around the house, including newly poured concrete. Tyler was respectful of the workers, and the work they were doing. Very responsive and responsible. After my services were completed, I called and reported "Something is trying to get in". They put up "Grace Trapping" for another week. So happy they did because they trapped a possum, and I have not heard anything since. Very polite staff on the phone. No pressure. Understanding about the stress. I'd recommend them to anyone who has critters in their attic or home!

I've had problems with raccoons for years. Several companies have been contracted to fix the issues. Nobody went even close to the commitment I received from Critter Control. They trapped for months rather than the obligated 2 weeks, and repaired/sealed up all entry points that the animals had accessed. The repair technician gave regular updates and was very responsive over text which I appreciated. They also worked around my work schedule to make sure I was in the loop. Thanks for the great work, Critter Control!

I was shamed because I am Afroamerican, Senior Citizen and Handicapped. I did agreed to pay for services which included an inspection, cage to catch the critters if I did have a critter and take it away from my attic for an extra $30. I was told upon inspection, there was a hole where the vent had blown away and the critter had crawled into my attic. The attic was cked and there was no sign of any activity. The cage was installed on the roof. I, then was given recommendations that I needed more work coming to a total of $684. I refused because I had already paid $322.45 on 9/28/2023 I asked if I could buy one of the vents that they were charging $477. I was told to wait until the critter was caught. I had a handyman to measure and purchased the vent for me. He discovered that I had no hole, there was a screen already installed so no animal could enter the attic. He stated that were evidence that squirrels had climbed the tree from next door onto my house and all I needed was to buy the vent that costed $81.01 and cut the tree down and he charged me $100 for parts and labor. Totally $181.01. There was a big hole by my front yard whereas a critter had dug. I called Critter Control and asked if I had to pay another $322.45? They replied, no charge for the cage but $90 plus tax for each trapped critter to be taken away. I was extremely upset. I told them to come get the cage that my handyman had taken down and I was going to report them to the BBB. They came and got the cage. I want a refund for them lying to me about their service with I didn’t need
