From what they allowed me to see, the facility was extremely dirty and wreaked of urine. They did not allow me to see the play area where the dogs would be at. While I was there, one of the dogs had opened a gate and the staff member acted as if this was a normal occurrence. There was a dog in the office that lunged and acted aggressively towards my dog. The staff member was unphased and stated that the dog had never actually bitten anyone. We will not be back and I caution anyone from leaving their pet here given their lack of transparency.

My dog LOVES Stay Spot. He started going to their free weekly puppy play dates to get socialized. A year and a half later and he still goes once a week for daycare. We also board him there. Great staff who truly care about the dogs. Best prices in town. Edit to add pictures capturing how happy he is at Stay Spot!

My experience has been wonderful the new groomer did precisely what I asked for and then. Sum .also I'm pleased to see how well the new management team is .My baby is loved and always happy to go play with other dogs .Always smells great and clean

Luna spent the weekend here, and she really enjoyed it. The folks took great care of her. They sent photos everyday, sometimes twice a day (morning and night). She got to socialize. This is a fun place. Here are Luna's photos taken by the owners and sent to me while I was away. I feel comfortable with these folks. I think they will continue to do great. (Update) I have now left Luna here twice, and she is awesome. She enjoys it so much! Here is a photo of a friend she made during day care.

We picked up our dog here after a multiple day vacation. When we picked him up the owner mentioned that she noticed he had been limping on 1 of his legs. She seemed to be very distressed and busy so we figured we’d check it out and call if we had more questions. We got home and his leg limp seemed to be worse over a few days so we tried to call to get more information. We have tried to call with multiple phone numbers and left multiple voicemails to call us back and have not heard back. It’s been almost 2 weeks now and we still have not had someone answer our calls or have received a call back.

Shiloh is the only person I will let groom my dog from now on. My baby is a newfoundland, so you can already tell how much work she would be to groom. I simply drop her off at open and pick her up at close. Shiloh sends me "pupdates" with pictures of my dog, Talos, every hour or so. She is so sweet with her, Talos actually enjoys going. Over the past few months I had done a relatively poor job of grooming her due to a lack of time for dedicated brushing, so Talos basically needed an undercut, but it worked out perfectly for the summer. In the pictures you can see what the under side of the dog looks like as well as the top about a week after grooming. I couldn't have asked for a more tailored look. I will follow Shiloh to wherever she sets up shop, however she is currently at Stay, Spot!. Stay, Spot! is a wonderful facility. The owners are always on premise and always so very sweet. The location is pretty easy to get to and the dogs always seem so happy to go there.
