Not sure what’s going on with this company. I called Saturday with an ant issue. My tech showed up late after not calling. When I called the listed number to inquire about the tech’s location I was hung up on as the rep claimed to be an independent third party. The tech that showed was from a different company all together. I’m very confused about this considering all the good reviews and I am wondering if maybe the number listed is an incorrect number? I was just surprised given the good reviews. Use caution.
