*** Update *** Bryor the owner reached out to me immediately about any issues I had. He was kind and concerned. I would highly recommend this business. They are extremely responsive and definitely customer and results oriented. I had a squirrel in my attic that wasn't accessible for me (our attic is split into 2 areas). Critter Removal was very responsive. Everyone I spoke to and communicated with through text was extremely kind and helpful. I had a picture and recording of the squirrel in my attic and sent them via text to Critter Control. They check back periodically after they set the cage to see if you are hearing any more movement. They will fix the point of entry that the critter gets into. They will fix the outside point of entry and not inside. I needed the squirrel gone and not to be harmed and that was done humanely. I felt the pricing was a fair price at $800. And the communication was fantastic.

Critter Removal did an excellent job for me. I called them for removal of critter(s) in my attic. They came out the next business day to assess the situation. They found an entry point and set up a one way door (out, no in). So when the critter went out for food or water it could not get back in. They came out every couple days to check the door. After 2 weeks and no pitter patter sounds in the attic, they took down the door and covered the entry point with mesh. I have had problems since! If I ever have another critter problem Critter Removal Ohio will be who I call!

I woke up to a bat flying in my room at 2 in the morning. I called Critter Removal because of their 24/7 hotline and their quick response. I was able to get an appointment set up quickly with them. Chris was the technician that serviced my home. He came multiple times over the course of a couple weeks to seal gap and openings and check on the one-way entry they installed for bats to leave my home safely and humanely. Since they wrapped treatment, I haven’t heard or seen any critters in the roof and attic of my home. Fingers crossed that I don’t wake up to another bat zooming around the bedroom.

We had 3 bats enter our house over a 2 mo period. Two were obviously sick and one was confirmed by Ohio DOH to have rabies. So we were very concerned. The Critter removal person quickly found and closed the entry points for the bats and left an escape hatch for several weeks. This was over 1 mo ago. NO MORE BATS!! We appreciate Critter Removal's fast, professional, and effective action!

After the initial two weeks of service with traps set and failing to catch the groundhog under my deck, the company sent an invoice per the terms of the agreement we established. I paid immediately. However, I did not receive any outreach on what steps to take next, since the initial method did not work. I wrote a review, and to the company's credit, they called within minutes to ask how to rectify my dissatisfaction. I asked, well, what would you recommend since the first trapping tactic didn't work? The customer service agent on the phone then walked me through what the team thought should be done next, including blocking all sides of my deck to allow for just an opening at the burrow. This would allow the trapping of the animal. As of this week the trapping caught two groundhogs and we have eliminated the problem. They provided this extra week of trapping at no charge, and I appreciate the sincere effort to finish the job. Thank you for following up and seeing this through.
