Like Molly's review, I had a similar horrible hiring experience. I did have a 3 minute 'interview' over the phone and was asked to come in to fill out paper work. Everything went fine, I was asked to call back on Monday to follow up, which I did. They acted like they didn't remember me and was told to remain patient. I then get an email from the owner, saying they were moving foward since I hadn't been in touch for an interview. I responded immediately saying I was there days ago for the interview, he said he'd get back with me the next day about the confusion on their end. Since then, it's been silence. Unprofessional and unorganized. They wasted their time and mine.

I would give 4.5 if I could. Been with them for a while. If they miss something they can come back out the same day. Or they can make a note that they miss some and make sure to get it the following week. Communication has been good. Would recommend.

Accused my dog of biting, even when faced with video evidence of the visit proving otherwise. Even when presented with a solution to their tech being afraid of the dog, they refused to schedule a time window and expected us to be available the entire day to check if it was okay at any random point. We were forced to take legal action to get our money back.

The assistant manager Cody scheduled a phone interview with me last Saturday for 11:30am. He never called, and despite me calling and emailing trying to get ahold of him, he didn’t contact me until 1:50pm saying he was busy. He then rescheduled for yesterday at 10am. Once again, he never called, and this time hasn’t even reached out to apologize (it’s been over 24 hours now). Most unprofessional hiring process I’ve ever experienced. Hopefully they treat their customers better than their potential employees.
