I had an pet emergency over Memorial Day weekend. Sadly, there seemed to be a lot of pet emergencies this past weekend as I couldn't get into any ER vets on Saturday and finally was able to see a vet Sunday afternoon at North Alabama Vet Emergency & Specialty. After filling out a 1 page information sheet on my pet's condition, we were placed in a room. Within 2 hours, my pet had been treated and we were able to go home with the instructions and medicines. Everyone from the front desk, to the technician and Vet were attentive, helpful and informative. I was especially grateful for their time and assistance over a busy holiday weekend. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH!

Loved our experience! Staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Would make them our normal vet if we could! Very fair prices for an emergency vet in my opinion.

I have a 10 week old German shepherd puppy who needed a little help after getting into some plants. We were greeted promptly and everyone was so friendly and very informative! The wait was a tiny bit long, but I didn't mind because the service was so good! the vet, McClanahan, was wonderful, and her vet tech Lauren was awesome and so attentive! This place made me feel welcome and put me at ease, letting me know everything they were doing. I would 100% go back if I needed to!!
