The doctors and staff are very caring and kind. They have provided excellent care for our 5 rescue dogs, one of whom had multiple health issues and has, unfortunately, passed away 7 months ago. Pet Hospital of Madison helped us give her the best quality of life possible until her little body would take her no further.

Boarded, had my pet's vaccinations updated and her teeth cleaned. They took care it all in a polite and professional manner. My pet enjoyed the stay acted like she didn't want to leave which was a first for me. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a excellent veterinarian and staff.

We have been using Pet Hospital of Madison since moving here 6 years ago. All of our animals (multiple dogs and a guinea pig) have gotten nothing but the best care. We’ve seen almost every veterinarian there, and it is quite obvious that they are not only highly skilled in what they do, but seeing how much they truly love their furry patients reassures me that they ALWAYS have our fur babies’ best interests at heart. And as busy as they ALWAYS are, the front desk staff is always very pleasant and helpful. We’re appreciative to have such a wonderful vet family. 🐾❤️

We have been using the Pet Hospital of Madison for a while now and are extremely pleased. Our primary vet, Dr Jones, sees us for routine work. When Titus needed surgery a specialist in that area was assigned to take care of him. I have occasion to visit frequently because one of my pets, Gia, needs regular blood and urine testing. The practice has always done its best to accommodate us and has turned around the results quickly. I am pleased with the Care and service we receive

Unfortunately, my first visit to these wonder people was a very sad one. I had to put down my kitty for health reasons. It was incredibly difficult, and everyone on the staff there was REALLY comforting and professional yet caring. Add to that that it's genuine care, and you can tell. I went to another place in the Huntsville Jones Valley area, and what a HUGE difference this place was from that one! I'll be doing all my future veterinary care at The Pet Hospital of Madison without a doubt!

We have been taking our pets here for a couple of years, and we are really happy with the Pet Hospital of Madison: the personnel is friendly, competent and clear in regards of communicating diagnostics and costs. Also, our dogs have always been treated kindly and with care.
