We loved this office and veterinarian until my baby had a real emergency. My senior dog was having UTI symptoms that could only be solved by antibiotics. Mind you, we were established patients at this time. The office staff first said she could not squeeze us in at all, then called back later to offer me the option to catch my dogs pee in a soup ladle myself and bring it to them for a quick test so that they could approve antibiotic treatment. It is clear that they are very busy and are strained to find time for their patients. This isn't a reflection on their veterinarian's service but proof that they can not handle their client load. When my dogs need emergency treatment, I don't pay to ladle their pee for the staff. I find another vet.

This is not a fancy clinic, but they are the only place I bring our beloved Yorkie to for healthcare needs. They are professional, friendly, and provide the care you would expect for your furry family member. I highly recommend Wall Trina Animal Hospital.

I've been taking my fur babies to Doc Namie for 23 years and love the way he interacts with them and is an awesome vet.

Would recommend Dr. Nami and his team. The practice is very close by and the staff are welcoming and accommodating. I’ve taken all my pets to see Dr. Nami. He listens and truly tries to diagnose what the issue is.

Very disappointed. I called this morning and got a price for bringing one of our dogs there for the first time. Called back to make an appointment and someone else answered the phone. When I mentioned that I had just called and what I wanted, she asked who I spoke with. I had no idea. She said there would be an exam prior to rabies vaccine...again, who did I speak with. She put me on hold for too long, now someone else picks up the phone. Of course they didn't know what I wanted and I told them to forget it and I hung up. I was quoted apx 220.00. Do you not have a set price for these exams and vaccines/tests? I would think I should not have had to be put on hold to "see" who I spoke with. Your prices vary? Bad business and first impression.
