I’ve been coming to this PetSmart for a few years now and everyone has been so nice and helpful. However I do want to give an extra shout out to dog trainer, Neko. My 10 month old puppy recently started the beginner training class with Neko and he has been amazing. We’ve only had two classes so far but Neko teaches me things not only about my dog but also myself as a dog mom. You can tell he really cares about the dogs he trains as well as the owners. I am hopeful for what’s to come and I’m very excited to watch my puppy, and I grow together.

The staff is exceptional and always willing to assist us in finding the right food and supplies for our furry friends. They greet us with a friendly welcome every time we walk through the door. In addition, this Petsmart location has an animal hospital and grooming center, making it a convenient one-stop-shop for all our pet care needs.

I visited this location to get my Miniature Schnauzer groomed. They informed me my dog had some serious matting to which they had to cut it a lot lower. They then went on to say there is a rule on how low they have to and can cut it with scissors and clippers. Alright then. My issues comes in at they did a terrible job and charged me with a schnauzer cut when he didn’t even come out looking like a Schnauzer. I know he had some matting but it wasn’t to the severity that he needed ALL his hair cut off. (photos attached) I waited months to give an honest review, free of anger. Even with the hair still working to grow back. I will not be visiting them for grooming services… My Dog went in looking like Mr. Merlay and came out looking like Merlay.. 😭

The vet tech who trimmed the nails, amazing. Just make sure if you're scheduleing a cat claw trim it is for the correct day/time they only do that certain times. I had to schedule two and get them cancelled to find that out.

Employees are nice. Treatment of the Betta fishes at the beginning of the store is unacceptable. Always see them dead or close to it and their cups always have green algae growing. Negligence by far from what I’ve seen in any other store.

Don’t take your pet to the pets hotel Here!!! My dog was there for four days and he was showing signs of stress on the first day and they didn’t bother to call me once to tell me this! They allowed him to continue to be stressed and show anger towards them! I had to be the one to ask if he was given his anxiety medication and the woman (one of the managers who kept saying I wasn’t here because I was on maternity leave) said, oh ya he wouldn’t take it from me today! We have brought our dog here for over 9 years and they would always call if something was going on with our dog and we would immediately Pick him up or find a solution! In the last few years this hotel has gone down hill! I am appalled at the fact that they would keep not bother to call me and let me know what was going on. Makes you really wonder how the animals are treated there!!
