We did not have a good experience working with this organization. They seem to false advertise and are not willing to help which is very contradicting to their website. We met the requirements and were fully transparent with our pets medical needs and hopes. It seemed as if they were just making excuse after excuse and not willing to help our dog with terminal cancer. Very misleading and unfortunate that a pet organization could be so reluctant to help.

What an amazing place.. my family dog who is a year old got hit by a car right in front of our house. She needed surgery that cost $1200 to fix her broken leg or else she would be euthanized. Someone told me about Frankie’s Friends and I thought it would be impossible or too good to be true… I filled out the application and after submitting a few more documents that they didn’t receive at first, they approved $800 toward her surgery. I will never have the words to express how thankful I am. God bless.

This place is terrible and a SCAM I thought they were real because Fox News in Tampa Bay had them on the morning news. But They make it so difficult to qualify and Jennifer the woman helping me was making new rules and excuses not to help, and they DO NOT CARE if it's urgent. . So the vet, after reading Frankie's Friends guidelines, did the surgery anticipating approval because they confirmed that the payment goes direct to the vet. And given my current financial situation I more than qualified. Well, I was just informed that because the vet stopped my pets suffering and did the surgery, they won't help. So be careful how you answer. This was a scam.

Thank you so much for all your financial assistance with our sweet Myla. We could not of done this surgery without your help. The two toes were amputated on May 17th because of a MCT. We can now give her a chance for a longer life. Thank you again.

Frankie’s Friends are angels. My beloved cat became mysteriously ill & was clearly dying. For more than two weeks I gathered every cent I had to pay the vets for tests & hospitalization just to keep him alive. I had depleted all of my financial resources when a test came back diagnosing him with a foreign body obstruction. He would need emergency surgery, or would die. I reached out to Frankie’s Friends in desperation. They came to the rescue & helped with the cost of Eli’s surgery which saved his life! Thank you Frankie’s Friends!

Frankie's Friends Pet Foundation, they really helped me and my family out in a crisis when our family pet got really sick and the financial cost was very expensive. Frankie's Friends granted us with their support financially. Thank God for them, our pet is doing just fine now!......
