Some of the kindest staff I have ever met in a veterinary hospital - they genuinely care about both the well being of the pet & the owner. It is a safe place to bring your pet, without any judgement. The hospital is pretty large and they have separate rooms for dogs and cats. They also have large kennels for large dogs and a very nice outdoor area for the pups. The grass is beautiful and well kept. Dr. Santos is incredibly caring, and she won’t turn an animal away if they’re in need. This is our new home hospital in Tampa. Thank you Banfield Harris!

We called due to an accident of our dog in the trampoline. We described everything and made an appointment. We get there and waited for a nurse, then waited more for the Dr who didn't even get close to my dog. Then we waited for his "estimate" and the nurse came back saying they couldn't take care of my dog there after waiting a total of an hour (with an appointment). Thankfully we went to Blue Pearl and they actually gave a great experience and took care of my dog. I will most likely not be going back to you guys...ever.

Staff was friendly and professional, The DVM was excellent! They were kind and understanding that Louie was a excitable dog, because of Louie's breed he hasn't always been treated kindly and Banfield treated him kindly and they were understanding,Which is something that hasn't happened in the past. We will be back for all of Louie's future care.

The people here are wonderful. They really made me and my dog feel really comfortable about everything they were doing concerning my dog's vaccinations. Very friendly staff, had a wonderful experience.

I recently had my mastiff puppy spayed by Dr. Hanna, day 3 post surgery my puppy was very active and ripped her incision. The office refused to see her right away and offered an appointment a week later to which they also told me to go to blue pearl despite the fact that her puppy services were covered at Banfield. I had to go to another Banfield location that got her in immediately next day. They also doubled her sedation meds so she could heal properly that had Dr. Hanna done after surgery this could have been avoided. This office has not been the same since Dr. Flicker left. I had a great experience with him after neutering my amstaff no complications. I do not recommend this office for large dog spay/nuter/ surgery.
