I’m giving 3 stars only because the staff, facility, and location are all very nice. If it wasn’t for that, it might be 1 star. There are a few people who mentioned in their reviews that they were reasonable in their prices. I disagree, $137 office visit? $96 fecal exam? I called two other vets today to get pricing, and they were all within a couple of dollars of each other. $60-$63 for an office visit, $20-$30 for fecal exams. I also feel like they (VCA) give you the “care plan” in an effort to prey on your emotions for your furry friend to get more money. An X-ray at VCA $400-$600. X-ray at other vet offices $60. Not saying that the staff and doctors are bad, they do truly seem to care. They do a lot right, it’s the pricing that is ridiculous. If you can afford going there then by all means, please go there. But if I can get the same or better care, for half the cost that’s what works best for me.

I can't tell you how amazing they have been through the process of losing my best friend. Above and beyond the call of duty. They truly know that it's like losing a family member when it happens and treats the situation as such. Very sweet and would recommend them over and over. Wish I could give ten stars.

It’s hard to rate my experience in stars. Over the 11 years I have been treated great. But when it came down to my dog dying it left me a little upset. I brought my dog in and the next day she got worse so I called. The vet told me it was time to think about putting her down. I had a mobile vet come to my home to put my dog to sleep. But no one at chancellor vet called to check on my dog in the days following. I understand the office is busy but after coming for 11 years I just thought a little more concern or compassion would have went on. Like I said everyone was very kind that day we came in because I was visibly upset knowing it was probably the end for my girl. But just thought they would follow up to check on her.

My dog, Rosie, had her first appointment with them today and it was wonderful. The receptionist, the vet assistant and doctor were so sweet to my Rosie and very helpful. I was so anxious and nervous walking in, due to my dog being in such poor condition, but I feel relieved now knowing she’s getting care from this place. Thank you so much!
