A big thank you to Jason and Mike for conducting a free inspection and taking care of my bird problem right away. Unlike other companies, I didn’t have to wait. They quickly assessed the situation and provided a solution on the spot. I truly appreciate their promptness. They were approachable, cordial, professional, and friendly throughout the entire process. The workmanship was top-notch, and the issue was handled efficiently. In June, we had bats entering our house. Tim came out to inspect the area and find where they were coming in. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything that would need to be done and made a plan based on the uniqueness of our log cabin. The work was just finished (due to bats being protected in the summer) and the work looks great. We had to have the house sealed a few years ago with another company and the quality just does not compare to what Summit’s team was able to do for us. From the custom sheet metal, to fixing anything we were not totally satisfied with without question. The work team went above and beyond to make it look cohesive and part of the house for bat exclusion. Would highly recommend!

My experience with SES is praiseworthy. Two elusive and very sly squirrels in the attic did not make the job of trapping them quick or easy. Both Jason and Curtis were persistent in accomplishing the task. It was a pleasure working with them as they were both very knowledgeable and polite.

Their technician Curtis and representative Carlos were prompt with their arrivals to our home, took the time to listen to the issue we had with a groundhog, and recommended the best solution for resolving it. Carlos’ experience and attention to detail were on display and very helpful. And Curtis did several daily visits, carefully and patiently monitoring the progress of the groundhog’s capture. He took the time to explain to me several different things that are behind such an action. Curtis and Carlos are examples of great professionals and we appreciate Summit Wildlife Removal’s help!! I had a large hornets nest removed today. Thomas was excellent. He arrived as scheduled, explained what needed to be done and quickly accomplished the task. He was highly professional and cleaned all debris. I highly recommend. Also- pricing was much better than other exterminators that I received quotes from.
