Huge shout out to Benjamin over at Xceptional Wildlife Removal! That guy did an amazing job and his customer service and professionalism was top notch. He cared so much about doing the job well and accurately…to the point that I initially thought he was the owner. To my surprise he was not but instead just an exceptional person who believed in doing an exceptional job. Hands down the best interaction I’ve ever had with anyone who has visited my home to repair something. Kudos to Xceptional Wildlife Removal and Benjamin. Excellent service!! Benjamin conducted a thorough review of my garage attic for raccoons and the damages. There had been 4 raccoons in the attic but thankfully there were none today (Friday). There was damage. Benjamin worked up a repair quote and secured the raccoon entry point until repairs can be performed. Richard and Jacob were courteous, professional and very attentive to detail. Richard noticed that after one layer of paint, another would help the appearance of my attic door. He took it upon himself to do this even though it meant waiting longer for both coats of paint to dry without me even asking. They both took off their outdoor shoes in areas where I had carpet, and they even covered the attic entrance while they were painting the replacement piece just to put my mind at ease that nothing would come into the house. Although this took extra time, I really appreciated their thoughtfulness after all we’ve been through with rodents. They also had me look at the painted attic door to make sure I was completely satisfied before taking pictures of the final job, and they took great care coming up and down the stairs with their ladder ensuring they wouldn’t knock down any of my family’s canvases. They also did a very thorough job cleaning up any debris and insulation that fell down during the job. I appreciated the thoughtfulness. I really enjoyed working with them - they are a wonderful team!

I recently had Xceptional Wildlife Removal come out for a pest control issue and I highly recommend their services. Tyler viewed the job and got my family a quote by the end of the day. By the next week Richard and Jake came out to handle the issues. They were friendly and work very fast and efficiently. When they finished they walked us through everything they had done - we could tell that the work was done with pride and an attention to detail. Aside from the quality of service, the price was also incredibly reasonable. We will definitely be using their services again if ever need be.
